After being quoted outrageous prices for a leak detection and being told I should replace my entire system, the team came out and fixed everything for $700 and inspected the whole system to tell me it was in great working order. I’ll be using these guys for everything moving forward!

If you need help with your AC, Luis the one to call!!! Gave him a call in a bind as we have a family gathering coming up and our AC went out. Not only did he answer pretty promptly but He was able to squeeze us into his schedule the same day - very professional, knowledgeable and so kind, showed up and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get a replacement part. Luis and his company are a rare find! I had him check my 25 year-old furnace and it had several serious problems. He educated me by showing me the issues. We discussed all options and he let me choose what I thought was best. Air Systems of Southern Oregon LLC Luis did a great job diagnosing the issue we were having with our mini-split system and working with the vendor-warranty to secure the necessary replacement components. Once the replacement supplies arrived, Luis (and Jordan) quickly did the work to bring the system back on line. They were very efficient with their use of time but also did everything needed to accomplish high quality work. Luis made sure that communication was great throughout the entire process, and I felt he was careful to manage costs in a very respectful way. I’m absolutely pleased with the value delivered and my whole experience with Air Systems of Southern Oregon. Without hesitation I can say they absolutely deserve my strongest recommendation! It’s great to have regular heating capacity working again!

Luis Retes reminds me of the “old days” of customer service in that he is affable, keeps his word, shows up on time, is totally thorough. If you need a real tradesman who knows his craft, please call Air Systems. He even helped me understand my thermostat’s bells & whistles and set the temp for maximum heating efficiency. If you live in Ashland, you’ll see two different ways of calculating kilowatt usage on your bill; one specifically less expensive. Now my heater is totally clean and my thermostat set at different temperature’s for day and evening. His prices are fair. No, more than fair any HVAC company I’ve ever used since 2009! Also, he took a look at my water heater and discovered an exposed electric ground wire which can be super dangerous. Naturally, I hired him again immediately. Btw, he didn’t ask to look at anything else in order to drum up business - I asked him. I can’t say enough good things about this gentleman. I’m a senior living alone and felt totally safe. He has the winning combination of character and skill. Five Star Plus!
